Job summary

TAWANTECH is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to craft user-centric digital experiences for banking and fintech products. You will balance user needs with business goals, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to polished, scalable design systems.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of UI/UX design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and related tools. Fluent English and Arabic are preferred for collaboration and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

4–5 years of UI/UX design experience.
Experience designing banking or fintech products.
Experience designing both web and mobile applications.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Experience working with design systems.
Portfolio is mandatory and must be submitted with the application.
Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into effective design solutions.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
Improve user journeys with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
Design banking and financial products while adhering to security and compliance standards.
