Job summary

Moyasar is seeking an Enterprise Risk Specialist to join its Risk team in Saudi Arabia. You will identify, assess, and monitor risks across the payment operations and business activities, strengthen controls, and ensure regulatory compliance with SAMA.

This role requires a bachelor's degree, experience in enterprise or operational risk, strong analytical and reporting skills, and good communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in enterprise or operational risk.
• Understanding of risk registers, controls, and mitigation.
• Knowledge of SAMA regulatory requirements.
• Experience in fintech/payments or financial services is preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess risks across our payment business and operations.
• Conduct enterprise and operational risk assessments.
• Maintain risk registers and support risk reporting.
• Analyze risk data and prepare reports for management.
• Support risk policies, controls, and mitigation plans.
• Monitor the effectiveness of risk controls and follow up on action plans.
• Work with teams across the company to identify and manage their risks.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and support alignment with SAMA requirements.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery activities.
• Support incident and emerging risk assessments.
