Job summary

CREALOGIX is seeking a Market-focused Business Expert to bridge client needs, market insights, and internal solution design. You will analyze the Middle East fintech landscape, translate requirements into solutions, and support growth initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes leading workshops, documenting BRDs, and contributing to AI-enabled strategies in banking and fintech contexts. This is an on-site position in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder communication across international teams.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate into actionable solutions.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance analysis and decision-making with governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor translating client needs into solutions.
• Analyze Middle East market trends and industry dynamics in banking/fintech.
• Align cross-functional teams to deliver consistent solutions.
• Model solutions, user flows and business processes.
• Document BRDs, run workshops and translate into functional specs.
• Support RFPs, bids and proposals with sales.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and processes.
• Engage in client meetings and presentations when required.
• Apply AI strategically with data governance and ethics in mind.
