Job summary

Teef Najd Group is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to inspect finishing, interior fit-out, and stone/marble installations in Riyadh. The role requires strong technical expertise in high-end architectural finishes, dimensional accuracy, alignment, and surface quality in line with shop drawings and project specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction quality control for finishing, interior fit-out, and high-end architectural projects.
• Practical knowledge of marble and stone finishing, and ability to read architectural drawings and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finishing and interior fit-out activities to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Verify dimensions, levels, alignment, and surface quality for stone and marble installations.
• Document quality records, NCRs, and ITPs; prepare inspection requests and coordinate with consultants and clients.
• Monitor stone fabrication, cutting, edging, and polishing for accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure proper substrate prep, waterproofing (where applicable), fixing methods, and adhesive application.
• Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions; participate in snagging and handover activities.
