Job summary

My Clinic in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced finance professional to strengthen internal audit readiness and financial reporting accuracy. You will ensure policy compliance, coordinate with HR, Supply chain, and Operations, and support statutory accounts preparation and external audits.

The role covers monthly VAT/WHT filings, record maintenance, and management-pack preparation, with exposure to multi-site audits and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• SOCPA registration and ongoing studies relevant to accounting.
• High level of accuracy with numbers and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and implement existing and new finance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with finance-linked departments to gather evidence for internal audit.
• Identify control gaps and develop mitigation plans.
• Perform multisite regular visits to ensure policy compliance.
• Liaise with Internal audit team for required information.
• Any other assigned tasks.
• Monthly VAT return filing in line with VAT laws.
• Monthly WHT filing in line with WHT laws.
• Review record maintenance & archiving of AP/AR vouchers.
• Review and regular checks on key finance areas like Capex, AP, AR.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for management and audits.
• Develop monthly balance sheet packs for management and shareholders.
• Support liaison with external bankers and legal advisors.
• Ensure compliance with Zakat / VAT / TP / Company law.
• Assist with company secretarial activities.
• Liaise with external auditors for statutory accounts.
• Organize quarterly inventory stock counts.
• Oversee books of accounts for auditing, including foreign entity (BMEH2).
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Job Description:

Internal Audit readiness:

1. Ensure compliance / implement existing& new financepolicies & procedures.

Essential / Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance
• Years of Experience : 5 – 7 years in the related experience
• SOCPA registered and studying for a relevant accounting qualification
• High level of accuracy with numbers and calculations
