Job summary

Shift Inc. is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting operations from the Head Office in Jeddah.

The role focuses on IFRS compliance, internal controls, and supporting strategic decisions through detailed financial analysis. The successful candidate will manage daily accounting functions, coordinate audits, and drive improvements in financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience including managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle experience is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and relevant financial standards.
• Manage budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting activities.
