Job summary

Alfanar Precast seeks an experienced finance leader to oversee the factory's financial planning, budgeting, cost management, and reporting. You will ensure accurate cost allocation, optimize resources, and uphold accounting standards to boost profitability and operational performance.

You will manage costing, inventory valuation, asset tracking, and capital expenditure analysis while supporting forecasting and profitability reviews across production lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field is required.
• Experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting is essential.
• Strong understanding of cost allocation, variances, and internal controls is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, accounts, and financial operations across production units to meet reporting needs.
• Coordinate development of annual and long-term budgets aligned with production plans.
• Oversee product costing, BOM, and analysis of cost variances with production and procurement teams.
• Ensure accurate valuation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventories.
• Manage fixed asset records, depreciation, and CAPEX tracking across factory operations.
• Contribute to forecasting and profitability analysis for product lines and departments.
• Perform variance analysis between budgeted and actual figures to identify trends.
• Monitor production cost efficiency against budgets and KPIs and identify saving opportunities.
• Prepare and review periodic financial and management reports tailored to factory operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
