Alliance Recruitment Agency's Medina client seeks a seasoned accounting professional to oversee general ledger activities, IFRS reporting, and close processes. You will drive accuracy in financial statements and coordinate reconciliations across bank, customers, vendors, and balance sheets.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 5–8 years of experience, and strong Excel skills with Power BI and ERP experience. This on-site role offers growth into FP&A and finance leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce/Economics/Business required.
• CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA professional qualification preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Power BI and ERP experience preferred.
• 5–8 years progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Experience in tech/software/engineering/consulting/project-based businesses preferred.
• Exposure to budgeting/forecasting/cash flow/FP&A desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the General Ledger and perform monthly, quarterly and annual close.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Perform bank, customer, vendor and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare VAT returns and support external audits.
• Maintain the fixed asset register.
• Assist with annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards and variance analysis.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital planning.
• Monitor accounts receivable and help improve collections and reduce DSO.
• Analyze profitability by customer, project, service and business unit.
• Support pricing decisions through financial analysis.
• Improve ERP utilization and automate recurring reports.
• Strengthen finance processes and internal controls.
