Alstom seeks a Senior Finance Project Manager to lead financial performance for the AlUla Tramway Project. You will partner with project leaders to align financial strategy with sustainable mobility goals, ensuring robust margins and cash flow.

The role demands ownership, collaboration, and a proactive approach to complex project finance challenges. Based in AlUla, you will drive bid-to-execution finance, manage reporting, and work with cross‑functional teams to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, business administration, or an equivalent qualification.
• 5–10 years of experience in project or finance management, ideally in infrastructure or rail industries.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and SAP systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English and a proactive, team‑oriented approach to achieving financial excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive the financial strategy and performance of the AlUla Tramway Project from bid through execution.
• Provide expert financial insight to guide decision‑making and optimize contract margins and cash flow.
• Participate in project management processes, partnering with Project Managers on cost control and risk assessment.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal and external finance stakeholders to secure successful project delivery.
