Job summary

Dream of the Desert is launching Saudi Arabia’s first luxury train experience. We seek a Finance Manager to lead the finance function, oversee budgeting, reporting, and compliance, and support strategic decisions in a dynamic, luxury hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance, CPA/CMA/ACCA/SOCPA preferred, and a proven track record with ERP systems and advanced Excel. English fluency is required and Saudi nationals are welcomed as per local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or SOCPA is preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be Saudi nationals in line with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital management.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, tax requirements, and accounting standards.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Support business planning, investment analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
