Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Record and review accounting entries and financial transactions.

• Implement and follow up on day-to-day accounting operations.

• Prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile financial accounts.

• Follow up on financial obligations, advances, and related records.
•  
• Monitor customer and supplier dues.
•  
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Prepare periodic financial reports.
•  
• Review supporting financial documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
•  
• Use accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial operations and reporting.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial and accounting information.

• Assist ERP-related accounting processes where applicable.
