Whitecollars in Riyadh seeks a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across three sister companies—a quick-service restaurant chain, a real estate project management arm, and an IT solutions company.

You will lead financial control, strengthen reporting, manage budgeting and cash flow, ensure Saudi Zakat/VAT compliance, and drive an Odoo ERP rollout across the group, coordinating annual audits and stakeholder reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years finance and accounting experience, including 4+ years in multi-branch restaurants or retail.
• Hands-on with Saudi Zakat, VAT, e-invoicing, ERP (Odoo), and POS reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong English fluency.
• SOCPA, CMA, or CPA preferred; multi-entity finance experience; GOSI/WPS knowledge.

• Lead financial operations, cash flow management, and monthly reporting across three companies.
• Develop financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Zakat, VAT, e-invoicing, and statutory requirements.
• Oversee restaurant branch sales reconciliation, cash management, inventory, and costs.
• Prepare branch-level P&L reports and monitor budgets.
• Coordinate financial feasibility studies for new restaurant branches.
• Manage franchise receivables, payroll reviews, and GOSI/WPS compliance.
• Oversee invoicing, collections, and financial reporting for the real estate company.
• Manage payroll and statutory financial obligations for the IT company.
• Lead Odoo implementation and coordinate annual audits.
