Job summary

Golden Elite Catering Services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. You will prepare statements and reports, develop budgets, and ensure compliance with local regulations and payroll practices.

Lead accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and GL activities, coordinate audits, and implement strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance & accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, taxation and payroll.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Odoo, MS Dynamics or similar).
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, including ZATCA, GOSI, WPS, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Establish and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Support business planning, investment decisions, and operational performance improvement.
