Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of finance experience, including experience within the automotive industry or dealership operations.
  • Strong understanding of dealership financial statements and automotive business KPIs.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the dealership's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards.
  • Monitor profitability across Vehicle Sales, Parts, Service, and Body & Paint operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and financial risk.
  • Partner with dealership management to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and treasury activities.
  • Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
  • Drive financial efficiency initiatives and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team.
