Job summary

Master Works is seeking a professional with 5 years of experience to support and enhance the department segment hierarchy within the General Ledger (GL) to reflect the updated organizational structure. You will coordinate with IT, HR, and ERP teams to implement changes and ensure accuracy of department codes.

The role requires strong communication across Finance and HR, with attention to detail in data capture and successful deployment within the ERP system.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in supporting and enhancing department segment hierarchy and related financial systems.
• Experience with General Ledger (GL) segment hierarchy.
• Experience coordinating with ERP support teams for system implementation and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain changes with IT support in the General Ledger (GL) segment hierarchy to reflect the updated organizational structure.
• Collaborate with HR to align hierarchy with the financial GL structure.
• Ensure department codes are accurately captured.
• Coordinate with ERP support to deploy the new hierarchy within the system.
