Job summary

Flow is seeking a Finance Director to join the MENA Leadership Team, steering financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, compliance, and investor relations across the region. You will partner with regional leadership and global finance to drive performance and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA/SOCPA) with IFRS/SOCPA exposure; strong audit and month-end execution.
• Excellent understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial forecasting.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Own general ledger integrity, reconciliations, monthly close for KSA entities.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and banking relationships.
• Ensure IFRS, SOCPA/ZATCA, VAT, and e-invoicing compliance.
• Build driver-based operating model for MENA and run annual planning.
• Provide weekly MENA cash & KPI packs with actionable insights.
• Coach team; establish close, cash, planning SLAs and board-ready materials.
• Collaborate with Ops, Product, Development, Legal, and People teams.
