Meet The Team
Join Dexcom’s dynamic Middle East and Africa organization based in our Regional Headquarters in Riyadh and take on a high-impact role at the intersection of finance, strategy, and analytics. As the finance business partner for the region (Lead Financial Analyst), you’ll work closely with the General Manager and be a trusted partner in driving performance, insight, and operational excellence.

Where You Come In

As Finance Business Partner, you’ll lead the financial planning and analysis function for MEA, while also Owning Key Analytics And Forecasting Responsibilities. You’ll

• Build best-in-class financial packages with sharp analytics and compelling visualisation
• Lead all FP&A activities — including reporting, forecasting, and headcount/FTE management
• Develop revenue forecasts and market performance insights to support strategic decision-making
• Analyse market data such as market share, trends, and competitive positioning
• Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to implement finance improvements for long-term scale and efficiency

• Drive standardisation and process improvement across finance operations
• Support statutory audits in partnership with the EMEA Accounting team
• Manage external consultants for compliance-related needs
• Ensure accurate integration of financial data into systems and reporting tools
