Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is hiring an Associate - Finance (Accountant) at the Head Office KSA. The role focuses on delivering timely and accurate financial reporting to support decision making.

The successful candidate will perform reconciliations, maintain reports, assist monthly closings, and support P&L and balance sheet preparation. Familiarity with IFRS, Excel, and reporting tools is required, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or business.
• 1–2 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales reconciliation and verify financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and accounting records.
• Assist in monthly closing activities.
• Support P&L and Balance Sheet preparation.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises.
• Process and reconcile payroll-related transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and IFRS standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on finance-related matters.
