Job summary

TCS (MEA) invites an experienced Fusion Finance Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver Oracle Fusion Finance technical solutions for global clients. You will guide architecture, BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, dashboards, and data extracts.

You will lead integrations via REST/SOAP, OIC, and middleware, mentor a technical team, ensure security and performance, and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, governance-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials technical components and modules.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL, BI reporting, and data models.
• Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Finance technical solutions.
• Architect and oversee BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Provide technical leadership for Fusion Finance implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
• Review and approve technical designs, coding standards, and solution architecture.
• Lead integration design and development using REST/SOAP services, OIC, and middleware technologies.
• Manage data migration, conversion, reconciliation, and reporting across finance modules.
• Drive sandbox customizations and UI enhancements using Page Composer and Application Composer.
• Collaborate with functional leads, business users, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure security, performance optimization, and data governance requirements.
• Support SIT, UAT, production migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Mentor technical team members and conduct technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Prepare and maintain technical design documents, deployment documents, and support artifacts.
• Manage technical risks, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills Requirement

Experience Level: 8 to 15 Years

Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials Technical components (BI Publisher, OTBI, BICC, FBDI, HDL, Data Extracts).

Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses, Tax, Projects).

Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI reporting, and Fusion data models.

Expertise in BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, dashboards, and financial reporting solutions.

Experience with Fusion integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, and web services.

Hands-on experience with Sandbox customizations, Page Composer, and Application Composer.

Strong knowledge of data migration, data conversion, and reconciliation activities.

Understanding of Fusion Security, Roles, Data Access Sets, and Privileges.

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture and middleware technologies.

Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and technical solutioning skills.

Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
