Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Business Support function and ensure effective operation of all finance activities in line with IHG standards.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and performance analyses.
• Monitor financial performance, KPIs, and departmental P&Ls, providing recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with IHG policies, accounting standards, local regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Maintain strong internal controls, safeguard hotel assets, and oversee financial risk management.
• Coordinate audits (internal, external, and IHG) and ensure timely resolution of findings.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, payroll, and capital expenditure activities.
• Partner with the General Manager and Department Heads to support strategic planning and commercial decisions.
• Drive cost control initiatives while maintaining service quality and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance & Business Support team for high performance and growth.
• Promote collaboration across departments and support process improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.
