Job summary
Client of AIQU is seeking a experienced Field Service Engineer to install, commission and service RTU and SCADA systems on customer sites across the Eastern Province. You will work with Open Enterprise and Control Wave platforms, diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and provide on-site training.
The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong communication, and ability to travel frequently. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Control, or Automation Engineering is required.
- 5-7 years of field service experience with RTU and SCADA systems.
- Proficiency with Control Wave software and Open Enterprise platform.
- Strong commissioning and system integration skills.
- Troubleshooting expertise in industrial automation environments.
- Excellent communication and ability to work independently on site.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure RTU hardware and control wave applications on customer sites.
- Commission SCADA projects using Open Enterprise and integrate with existing control systems.
- Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Conduct field service visits for preventive maintenance and emergency support.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to technical specifications.
- Provide training and technical support to customer personnel.
- Document service activities generate reports and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities.
