Job summary

Durucooperation in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Field Quality Engineer to oversee QA/QC on a stadium project, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, international standards and client requirements. Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC or quality engineering for large-scale projects such as stadiums, commercial buildings or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and ITPs, construction quality procedures and inspection methods.
• Experience reviewing method statements, material inspections and quality documentation for project compliance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the project QMS and QA/QC procedures.
• Inspect civil, structural, architectural and MEP works for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Review ITPs, method statements, material submittals and quality documentation.
• Coordinate inspections with contractors, consultants and client representatives to ensure quality.
• Identify NCRs, implement CAPA and monitor close-out of non-conformities.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports and test results.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Quality Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for the Stadium Project. The successful candidate will ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, international standards, and client requirements while supporting inspections, quality documentation, audits, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the project Quality Management System (QMS) and QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct inspections of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, material submittals, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate inspections with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure quality compliance.
• Identify quality issues, issue and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test results, and project documentation.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and HSE regulations.
• Support testing, commissioning, project handover, and close-out documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC or quality engineering for large-scale stadium, commercial, building, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), construction quality procedures, and inspection methodologies.
• Experience in reviewing method statements, material inspections, quality documentation, and project compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with international construction codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication, analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
• GCC/Saudi Arabia project experience is highly preferred.
