Job summary

Halliburton is seeking an Experienced Open Hole Wireline professional to join our engineering team in Saudi Arabia. Under supervision, you will apply wireline technologies to provide basic services and tool operation at the well site, and interpret data for clients using proprietary software.

You will also help train operators and associate field professionals across drilling scenarios. We value a technical background, at least 1 year of relevant field experience, and a degree in engineering,

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science or other technical discipline preferred or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of Open Hole Wireline field operations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge to provide basic services and tool operation at well site.
• Explain data interpretations to clients from proprietary software and coach clients through drilling scenarios.
• Participate in training of operators and Associate Field Professionals on Open Hole logging.

Job Duties

• Under general supervision, applies knowledge of Halliburton Open Hole Wireline Technologies to independently provide basic services and tool operation to customers at the well site.
• Applies engineering, mechanical and geological principles to articulate basic data interpretations to clients from proprietary software and learns to coach clients through various drilling scenarios.
• Actively participates in the training and development of operators and Associate Field Professionals on all aspects of Open Hole logging.

Qualifications

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science or other technical discipline is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Open Hole Wireline field operations required.
