Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related engineering field.
• 8-10 years of plumbing inspection experience on large-scale projects.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical docs.
• Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Plumbing Inspector to oversee and inspect plumbing installation works for a prestigious construction project. The ideal candidate will ensure all plumbing systems are installed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, international codes, and quality standards while maintaining compliance with HSE requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of plumbing installations, piping systems, fixtures, drainage, water supply, and sanitary systems.
• Verify construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable plumbing codes and standards.
• Monitor installation quality, workmanship, and material compliance throughout project execution.
• Witness inspections, pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning of plumbing systems.
• Prepare inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and maintain quality documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project engineers to resolve quality and technical issues.
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with project quality requirements and HSE regulations.
• Support project handover by ensuring completion of inspection records and documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in plumbing inspection for large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, drainage, potable water, sanitary systems, and firefighting interfaces.
• Experience with plumbing testing, inspection procedures, and commissioning activities.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards such as IPC, UPC, ASME, ASTM, and project specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, isometrics, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• GCC/Saudi Arabia project experience is preferred.
