Job summary

Fleet Tahreez JV FTJV is seeking a practical field-oriented HSE Officer to support geophysical exploration activities across remote locations in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strong field presence, daily interaction with crews, disciplined HSE monitoring and timely reporting.

The position is not office-based and involves desert terrain, long travel, and extreme heat. Responsibilities include maintaining HSE coverage, risk assessment reviews, remote terrain safety, heat-stress management,

Qualifications

• Fluent English (speaking, reading and writing) required.
• Experience in field-based HSE roles in remote/desert environments.
• Sound understanding of risk assessment, journey management, heat-stress controls and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active HSE coverage during field activities and identify unsafe acts.
• Review risk assessments, method statements and field-level plans.
• Monitor and manage safety in remote desert terrain and during long journeys.
• Lead toolbox talks and practical HSE awareness sessions.
• Coordinate emergency response, incident reporting and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with FTJV client and Saudi safety requirements.
