Job summary

Job description
Responsibility
  1. Type and proof-read letters, memoranda, reports, tabulations and statistical data from drafts.
  2. Receive incoming and outgoing mail and route them to the concerned personnel.
  3. Maintain up-to-date files, records and manuals.
  4. Serve as the office receptionist and answer telephone calls.
  5. Work on personal computers and be familiar with computer applications such as, but not limited to, Windows, Word Processors and Spreadsheets.
Qualification
  1. Have four (4) years College Degree Education.
  2. Have five (5) years proven experience in performing a variety of finished clerical WORK and knowledge for normal business practices.
  3. Have good command of spoken English and have the ability to write good English in order to draft grammatically correct reports and correspondence independently.
  4. Have the ability to type at a high rate and understand and be able to work on personal computers and shall be proficient in computer applications such as Windows and Microsoft Office.
