Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Riyadh is looking for a Fiber Laser Production Engineer (Programmer and Operator). This role requires extensive experience in operating and programming Fiber Laser machines, along with strong skills in blueprint interpretation and troubleshooting. Candidates should have knowledge of laser cutting procedures and familiarity with AutoCAD Inventor. Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Fiber Laser machine operator and programmer.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints.
• Knowledge of laser cutting procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to lift 15KG parts.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprint designs to understand job requirements.
• Set up and calibrate laser cutting machines based on specifications.
• Choose proper machine parameters for cutting jobs.
• Perform nesting tasks to maximize material use and reduce scrap.
• Monitor machines during the cutting process for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot any technical or machine issues.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• Maintain tools using the 5S methodology.
• Follow safety practices and maintain a safe workplace.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
