Black & Gray HR is recruiting for a prestigious organization dedicated to specialized animal care and conservation. We are seeking an experienced Falcon Breeder to manage and breed a population of over 300 falcons in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of falcon breeding cycles, genetics, and care, along with a passion for preserving the heritage of falconry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily care, breeding schedules, and health monitoring of 300+ falcons.
  • Manage mating programs, egg incubation, and chick rearing processes to optimize healthy offspring.
  • Work closely with veterinarians and falcon handlers to track and document breeding outcomes.
  • Maintain breeding records, genetic lineage, and monitor reproductive performance.
  • Ensure hygienic and safe breeding environments, aligned with conservation and welfare standards.
  • Train and supervise a small team of breeding assistants and ensure adherence to protocols.
  • Coordinate with conservationists and researchers on breeding‑related studies or programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in falcon breeding and avian reproduction.
  • In‑depth understanding of falcon behavior, breeding cycles, and genetics.
  • Experience managing large aviary populations in the GCC or similar environments.
