Job summary

Seraj Steel is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and continuously improve our factory operations in Saudi Arabia. You will connect Planning, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics into a single coordinated system.

The role focuses on improving flow, reducing waste, shortening lead times, and achieving maximum productivity without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading factory operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and waste reduction.
• Ability to optimize production flow and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ERP systems in planning and execution.
• Data-driven approach to identifying bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the factory.
• Align Planning, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics with the production plan.
• Set clear operational priorities and ensure departments follow the same plan.
• Utilize ERP to plan, control, track, and report operations.
• Monitor the full production flow from material requirements to dispatch.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve flow.
