Job summary

alfanar is seeking a Finance Leader to oversee budgeting, costing, forecasting and reporting for its factory. The role focuses on optimizing resource use, cost control, and profitability analysis across production units, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

The position entails managing budgets, asset tracking, depreciation, and variance analysis, while collaborating with production and procurement teams to drive efficiency and financial performance in a Saudi-based manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance or any relevant field.
Work Experience 4 to 10 years.
Technical/Functional Competencies: Accounting theory/concepts, financial analysis, financial reporting, cost control.

Responsibilities

Oversee budget development and control, ensuring aligned with production plans and reporting needs.
Manage costing, BOM and inventory valuation; analyze variances and cost accuracy.
Track fixed assets, depreciation and CAPEX, classify expenses correctly.
Contribute to forecasting by analyzing capacity, demand trends and material costs.
Perform profitability analysis across product lines and departments; identify margin improvements.
Conduct budget vs. actual variance analysis to identify trends and corrective actions.
Prepare periodic financial and management reports including cost reports and production efficiency metrics.
Support year-end closing processes and ensure internal control compliance.
