مشاريع الترفيه السعودية is seeking a Facilities Specialist to support daily site operations, inspections, documentation control, and coordination between IFM teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth facility performance.

You will perform site walkthroughs, track maintenance, update CAFM with work orders, maintain asset registers, and assist supervisors. Strong organizational skills and basic knowledge of MEP are preferred; 1–2 years FM experience desired.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or Facilities Management.
• 1–2 years' experience in FM or building operations.
• Basic knowledge of MEP systems.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily site walkthroughs and inspections.
• Track preventive and reactive maintenance progress.
• Update CAFM system with work order status.
• Maintain asset register and documentation accuracy.
• Support IFM supervisors and contractors with day-to-day site coordination.
• Prepare reports and track KPIs and performance data.
• Assist in emergency response and incident reporting.
