Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Riyadh is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee soft services and support the Facilities Team for the integrated facility management on our Amazon account dedicated team.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will manage first line services, coordinate with vendors, maintain safety records, and assist in organizing client events. This role requires experience in corporate environments and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of the Facilities/Office Services Coordinator role.
• Previous experience in a high profile corporate environment.
• Previous reception or hospitality experience.
• Education: Diploma/degree level.
• Strong problem solving ability.
• Good decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing.
• Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Manage the team providing first line soft services to the site(s) including reception, mail, meetings, cleaning, waste, vending and food services.
• Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies.
• Liaise with vendors to obtain reports, recommendations and cost estimates.
• Conduct regular site walk-rounds with the cleaning manager to ensure quality standards.
• Handle Remedy helpdesk requests and ensure timely responses per SLAs.
• Oversee health and safety issues with regular meetings and records of drills and equipment.
• Support Travel/Visitors and coordinate with hotels and staff.
• Assist in organizing internal and external client events.
• Manage conferencing facilities quality and overall site operations.
• Oversee food and kitchen facilities and supervise housekeepers.
• Raise purchase orders and manage site communications.
