Job summary

Mace is leading a major mixed-use development in Saudi Arabia, seeking a Senior Manager for façade engineering to provide technical leadership from concept to construction. You will oversee design quality, sustainability and regulatory compliance while coordinating cross-disciplinary teams, consultants, and authorities.

The role focuses on delivering investment-grade assets, ensuring safety, governance and value engineering across all design stages. Hybrid working options may be discussed.

Qualifications

• Degree in façade engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered engineer or PMP accreditation advantageous.
• Significant façade leadership experience on major commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Strong design, stakeholder, consultant and programme leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Champion Safety First, wellbeing and inclusion, while ensuring compliance with local standards.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, quality systems, milestones, design development, procurement and construction phase requirements.
• Oversee budgets, risks, governance and sustainable business outcomes with integrity.
• Manage collaborative teams and stakeholders, driving performance, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage safety first, wellbeing and values across all activities.
• Manage façade engineering input, reviews and compliance through design stages.
• Oversee consultants, contractors and authorities to manage risk and delivery.
• Drive high-performance governance, quality, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
