Job summary

One95 Global is looking for an experienced Façade Engineering Manager for a major giga project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This key role involves leading façade engineering and design, managing consultants, and coordinating with structural engineers to ensure compliance with architectural intent and performance standards. Candidates should have a degree in Architecture and extensive experience (18-20+ years) in delivering façade systems on large construction projects, ideally with knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18–20+ years’ experience in façade design, engineering, and delivery on major construction projects.
• Strong understanding of façade delivery within design-and-build contracting environments.
• Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all façade engineering and design activities across the full project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary technical authority for all façade systems.
• Manage and coordinate façade consultants and subcontractors.
