Job summary

India Abroad is seeking an experienced Welder for our Riyadh, Saudi Arabia site. You will perform welding in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using manual and semi-automatic equipment, reading blueprints and ensuring quality welds.

Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, setting up machines, inspecting welds, assembling parts per specs, and maintaining safe, clean work areas while keeping detailed records of materials and progress. Foreigner applications are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings precisely.
• Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties.
• Good eye-hand coordination and spatial skills.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness; physical strength/stamina.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; reliable attendance.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; certification from a technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine the welding requirements.
• Set up and operate welding equipment to join, fabricate or repair metal components.
• Inspect completed welds to determine structural soundness.
• Fit and assemble parts according to specifications.
• Ensure that all work is done in a safe manner and maintain a clean working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, job progress, and completed tasks.
