Job summary
AlKhobar Electric in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced HVAC compressor overhaul mechanic for its service center. The successful candidate will dismantle and inspect compressors, prepare detailed reports, perform independent overhauls, test post-repair units, and contribute to motor repair tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in compressor mechanical overhaul
- Experience with Bitzer, York, Carrier, Copeland brands
- Experience with screw and piston-type compressors
- Ability to perform high-quality overhauls independently
Responsibilities
- Dismantle and perform full mechanical and electrical inspection for piston-type and screw-type HVAC compressors
- Complete detailed inspection reports
- Perform mechanical overhaul independently without assistance
- Perform complete testing of compressors after repair
- Write completion reports and present them to the maintenance supervisor
- Assist motor repair team with dismantling and re-assembly of electric motors and other repairs as directed
