Responsibilities

• Review financial statements according to IAS/local government requirements and identify errors.
• Analyze statements to identify strengths and weaknesses and advise clients.
• Identify process issues and propose improvements to seniors or managers.
• Collaborate with team members on daily tasks to maintain efficiency.
• Assist in managing accounting projects and ensure progress.
• Coordinate with auditors for interim and annual audits.
• Prepare budgetary control reports, break-even analysis and other management reports.
• Prepare reports to meet compliance requirements (KNF, CBK, CMA).
• Ensure documentation is complete and aligned with firm standards.

SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review the financial statements according to the International Accounting Standards IAS local government requirements and identify any errors and misrepresentations
• Analyze the financial statements and identify the strengths and weaknesses of a company while giving recommendations to clients for improvements
• Identify any process issues and provide potential solutions to the senior in-charge or manager while assisting in any process enhancement and implementation projects
• Work and collaborate with other members of the team in an effective and efficient manner on a daily basis
• Assist in managing accounting projects with the team and ensuring that on-going projects are moving as planned
• Liaising and coordinating with auditors for interim and annual audits
• Assists in preparation of budget budgetary control reports break even analysis ratio analysis reports and other management reports
• Preparation of reports to meet compliance requirements from KNF CBK CMA etc as per client s business nature
• Ensure that sufficient documentation is gathered and correctly documented in accordance with the firm s standards
