Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and analysis.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Windows-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Review financial statements per IAS and local requirements, identifying errors.
• Analyze financial statements to identify strengths/weaknesses and provide client recommendations.
• Identify process issues and suggest solutions to senior staff or managers.
• Collaborate with team members to work efficiently on daily tasks.
• Assist in managing accounting projects and keep them on track.
• Coordinate with auditors for interim and annual audits.
• Assist in preparing budget, break-even analysis and management reports.
• Prepare documentation meeting client and regulatory standards (KNF, CBK, CMA).
• Ensure documentation is complete and properly recorded per firm standards.

SUMMARY

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for individuals who are looking to pursue a career in Accounting & Financial Advisory. This position holds varied roles to support senior Advisors on accounting & advisory engagements. This role requires energetic, passionate, and dedicated people who thrive under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review the financial statements according to the International Accounting Standards (IAS), local government requirements, and identify any errors and misrepresentations.
• Analyze the financial statements and identify the strengths and weaknesses of a company, while giving recommendations to clients for improvements.
• Identify any process issues, and provide potential solutions to the senior in-charge or manager, while assisting in any process enhancement and implementation projects.
• Work, and collaborate with other members of the team in an effective and efficient manner on a daily basis.
• Assist in managing accounting projects with the team and ensuring that on-going projects are moving as planned.
• Liaising and coordinating with auditors for interim and annual audits.
• Assists in preparation of budget, budgetary control reports, break even analysis, ratio analysis reports, and other management reports.
• Preparation of reports to meet compliance requirements from KNF, CBK, CMA, etc. as per client’s business nature.
• Ensure that sufficient documentation is gathered and correctly documented in accordance with the firm's standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
