CPECC is seeking a Procurement Expeditor to manage vendor expediting, material tracking, and Saudi Aramco project requirements. You will monitor progress, coordinate with vendors and engineering teams, and ensure timely delivery of materials to the project site outside Riyadh.

The role emphasizes adherence to Saudi Aramco standards, expeditor credentials, and strong communication to resolve delays and maintain schedule commitments on EPC projects.

• Monitor vendor progress, manufacturing schedules, and material delivery commitments.

• Follow up on vendor documentation, NMR submissions, inspection requests, and approvals.
• Coordinate third-party inspections, FAT, ITP/IAP requirements, and material release.
• Track purchase orders, procurement schedules, and critical materials.
• Prepare expediting reports, progress updates, and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate shipping, logistics, and timely material delivery to the project site.

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Expeditor with strong expertise in vendor expediting, procurement coordination, material tracking, and Saudi Aramco project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor vendor progress, manufacturing schedules, and material delivery commitments.
• Conduct vendor visits to assess fabrication progress, identify delays, and implement recovery plans.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineering, QA/QC, inspection teams, and project management.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in procurement expediting within the Oil & Gas / EPC industry.
• Previous experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Saudi Aramco-approved Procurement Expeditor is strongly preferred / required.
• Strong knowledge of vendor fabrication follow-up, inspections, NMR documentation, and material delivery tracking.
• Experience handling engineered equipment and bulk materials.
• Good communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work at the project location outside Riyadh.
