Job summary

Insights is seeking an External Communication lead to ensure consistent, accurate, and impactful communication of the HT/FL Project’s progress and milestones to internal and external stakeholders. You will develop high-quality executive reports, dashboards, and materials aligned with governance standards.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in executive communication, with strong data storytelling, dashboarding in Power BI/Tableau, and excellent stakeholder engagement at the board level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in executive communication, project reporting, or MIS roles.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with dashboarding proficiency.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive reporting packages for EXCOM and Board meetings.
• Translate complex data into clear executive summaries and presentations.
• Coordinate data with PMO, Engineering, Procurement and Finance for accuracy.
• Design and manage MIS framework with automated data flow.
• Create interactive dashboards to visualize status, risks, and forecasts.
