Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Project Controls and Reporting Manager to lead project reporting governance, KPI tracking, and client-facing dashboards as construction advances. You will coordinate data from planning, engineering, procurement, and construction teams, delivering timely, accurate performance analysis to stakeholders.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, leadership, and advanced proficiency with Power BI and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Project Controls, PMO, or Project Reporting.
Experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data center projects.
Previous PMC and client-facing reporting experience.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Power BI, Primavera P6, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead project reporting governance, performance monitoring, and client-facing reporting.
Develop and maintain project dashboards and KPI scorecards.
Prepare governance packs for management and steering committees.
Coordinate and consolidate information from planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams.
Support reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide performance analysis and recommendations.
