Job summary

JLL is seeking a seasoned Project Controls and Reporting Manager to lead project reporting, governance, and KPI tracking for large-scale construction programs in Saudi Arabia. The role entails executive dashboards, client-facing reporting, and close collaboration with planning, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in PMO or project reporting, with proficiency in Power BI, Primavera P6, Excel, and PowerPoint, and strong stakeholder management.

• Coordinate and consolidate information from all stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, risks, and KPIs; provide early warnings.
• Support reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
