Botanica is a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, part of the Red Sea Global Group, focused on sustainable greenery across destinations, with a strong in-house workforce and ISO-aligned governance. This Shared Services role oversees Finance, HR, Government Relations, Procurement, Administration, HSSE, and IT coordination across multiple business units.

Based in KSA, the role drives accurate financial reporting by unit, cost control, payroll integrity, compliant hiring, and reliable procurement,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; professional qualifications (SOCPA, CMA, CPA or MBA) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 7 years leading finance, HR or shared services.
• Experience supporting a multi‑business unit organization with a large field workforce in KSA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead finance & accounting, HR & government relations, procurement, administration, and HSSE & compliance across Botanica and RSG Group.
• Ensure accurate month-end close, financial reporting by business unit and VAT compliance.
• Oversee payroll, recruitment, residency permits, Saudization, and workforce welfare in coordination with Group HR.
• Coordinate ERP, HRIS, inventory and data integrity with IT.
• Drive governance, risk management and compliance across ISO systems.
