Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine or similar in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic (preferred) or English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create menus that align with our restaurant concept and target audience.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking, plating, and garnishing.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
