Nova Water is seeking a Water Operations Specialist to oversee daily water treatment and distribution operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and high service quality. Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Water Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in water treatment, distribution, or related operations.
• Knowledge of local and federal water regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in the use of water management software and diagnostic tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control water treatment processes to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain water treatment equipment, including pumps, valves, and filtration systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Collaborate with team members and management to optimize operational efficiency and implement improvements.
