Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assessment Lead to join theinp Executive Development & Services Division, within the Executive Development & Compensation (ED&C) Organization. Executive Development & Services Division oversees and guides the design and implementation of the leadership succession journey at the Director and above (the "top 500") levels. This is achieved through in‑depth expertise, building trusted relationships in all parts of the business, and driving disciplined talent/succession management. This position will specifically establish and oversee the assessment strategy across the Aramco Group,φέρον ensuring alignment with the overall talent strategy and leadership development journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and oversee the assessment strategy across the Aramco Group, ensuring alignment with the overall talent strategy and leadership development journeys.
  • Define and implement a comprehensive assessment framework that supports the identification, development, and succession of top talent across the Aramco Group.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver assessment solutions that meet the needs of the business, including the development of assessment tools, methods, and processes.
  • Inform and guide the assessment governance framework, ensuring adherence to best practice principles and driving increased assessment competence and knapp expertise among users.
  • Support the establishment of effective governance practices around assessment data/reports and leverage talent analytics to support better‑informed and more strategic decision‑making.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of assessment solutions, including the review and evaluation of vendor deliverables and outputs to ensure they meet Aramco's standards.
  • Ensure the assessment experience for participants is engaging, impactful, and drives development outcomes, and facilitate effective conversations with participants and business executives around assessment data and associated implications for development and succession planning.
  • Assist with the delivery of assessments for executives across the Aramco Group, including the coordination of assessment events, facilitation of feedback sessions, and provision of assessment results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Perform individual assessment work as required, which may include conducting assessments, providing feedback, and developing reports.
  • Undertake spot audits of all reports and processes at the Director and above levels, and provide input to and support the oversight of the assessment budget and vendor management, including contracts.
Minimum Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science in Business and Management (Human Resources or Occupational Psychology)
  • Minimum 9 years' experience in the field, five of which should be in the specialized field.
  • Experience as an assessment specialist commensurate with the responsibilities of the role, gained either within a large commercial organization as an in‑house specialist or as a consultant.
  • Proven ability to implement assessment solutions/models for large multinational companies that operate with a portfolio of companies, with experience in adapting assessment frameworks to meet the unique needs of diverse business units and geographies.
  • Significant experience working with senior leadership levels, including Directors, Vice Presidents, and C‑suite executives, as well as experience with board‑level assessments.
  • Expertise in succession management and leadership development, possessing a strong understanding of how executives develop and successfully transition into senior roles.
  • Understanding of in‑house/proprietary leadership competency models for appropriate assessments of potential, readiness, and development.
  • Fluent in evaluation and research methodology and theory; descriptive and inferential statistical analysis procedures and interpretation; and in‑depth psychometric aspects of testing.
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative yet challenging work environment with the capability to influence and demonstrate business impact through assessments.
