Accenture Middle East is seeking a Lead/Principal AI Architect to act as the definitive technical authority on AI architecture in client engagements and across our practice. You will own end-to-end AI platform architecture, spanning classical ML, generative AI, and agentic systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise-grade standards.

• Experience with at least one major cloud provider and production-grade architectures.

• Partner with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to shape the enterprise AI strategy and connect goals to technical vision.
• Lead enterprise AI assessments and build implementation roadmaps sequencing investments for advantage.
• Own end-to-end technical solutions for complex AI platforms ensuring alignment with standards.
• Translate governing architecture principles into concrete, defensible solutions for domain teams.
• Build prototypes and proofs of concept to de-risk decisions and demonstrate value early.
• Perform technology assessments and provide evidence-based recommendations on tools and frameworks.
• Set architectural direction for multi-agent ecosystems—orchestration, memory, and tool/skill use.
• Establish agent registry and certification models to ensure production-grade quality.
• Define memory as a first-class platform service decoupled from vendors.
• Define foundation model and inference strategy, including fine-tuning and routing.
• Set standards for high-throughput, low-latency inference and ML deployment in unified platforms.
• Own enterprise context layer architecture—knowledge graphs, ontologies, and semantic retrieval.
• Design context assembly and memory for prompts and conversational state across the platform.
• Ensure security, governance, observability, performance, and scalability across domains.
• Define identity and authorization models with per-agent IAM/IAP bindings.
• Establish layered guardrails balancing protection and performance.
• Govern the MCP control plane across internal and third-party servers.
• Promote adopt-over-build for productized evaluation and observability stacks.
• Establish FinOps as a core concern—cost labeling and budgeting for archetypes.
• Make definitive decisions on design patterns, architectures, and technology selections.
• Lead and integrate domain architects, resolving tensions into a unified system.
• Build reusable reference architectures, frameworks, and assets.
• Conduct architecture workshops with client executives and engineering teams.
• Produce authoritative architecture artifacts guiding scaled delivery.
• Represent the firm as a thought leader through publications and conference engagements.
