Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read construction plans and follow instructions accurately.
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers and loaders.
• Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Dig trenches and holes according to project specifications.
• Load and unload materials onto trucks or other equipment.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members to complete projects efficiently.
