Job summary

NTU International A/S is seeking a proactive Junior Non-Key Expert – Event & Logistics Coordinator to support logistical and administrative tasks for EU-funded events and Facility activities in the Egypt Drawdown Facility project.

The role requires organizing workshops, conferences, trainings, expert missions, and study visits, with a focus on venue, travel, accommodation and documentation. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, event management, tourism, communication, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support logistical and administrative organisation of workshops, conferences, trainings, expert missions, institutional exchanges, study visits and other Facility activities.
• Liaise with stakeholders, coordinate venues, travel and accommodation, and maintain event documentation.
