Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in real estate, valuation, or financial analysis (fresh graduates considered).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members in conducting property valuations for various asset classes.
• Collect and analyze market data, comparable sales, and rental information.
• Prepare valuation reports and supporting documentation.
• Contribute to research projects on real estate market trends in Saudi Arabia.
• Support client communication and relationship management.

Skills

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
